"Not all do, but, Tommy does Factory Outlet right. And, this particular mall is owned by Simon/Chelsea Property who also does this type of retail very well. Anyone who complains, ad nauseam, that the FACTORY OUTLET didn’t have their size or the color they wanted simply don’t understand how OUTLETS work. The same goes for those who criticize the dearth of helpful staff at the OUTLET. (If you want a particular style/cut of black pants in your very normal size 8/10 and staff members to wait on you hand and foot, may I suggest that you head to the Lord & Taylor at the NON outlet Monmouth Mall. Yes, you’re going to pay more at a regular retail store than you are at an OUTLET store. Aaaaaahaaaa)"

"Went in to buy a shirt before work and then proceeded to the fitting room and the mid aged in the face lady took my shirt from out of my hand and threw it into the fitting room instead of handing it back to me poor service and mannerism. Nobody seemed like they wanted to assist me when the store had 0 customers besides myself while everyone just walked around talking to each other…im not sayin not to shop there but dont walk in and expect to be treated fairly based off of how presentable you may look or appear to be."

"Superb collection. However the billing guys are kind of cheat. Do check ur discounts properly as during billing they will manipulate and u will feel u got the discount but in reality it will be way less . If u have chosen multiple products then it will be tough ."
