"I love lucky brand jeans. They're all I wear. Great quality. The last two times visiting this location, the older blonde woman had a nasty attitude. I know people have bad days, but come on you're in the customer service field, ACT like you like it or stay behind the register,as I never asked for your assistance. The other lady working yesterday was great though. She offered to go to the back to look for a specific color and size I was looking for and was willing to help me and my friend with suggestions. If she was the face I was greeted with every time I go in, it would be 5 stars!"

"Very poor customer service. I went in to return jeans that didn’t fit properly (received them as a Christmas present) I presented the receipt to the cashier, and was told that, because they were purchased a little less than two months ago that they could not be returned (not even for a store credit). The cashier then told me, “there is nothing I can do.” As I am in the customer service business, I know that this is something you NEVER say to a customer. I normally spend a lot of $$ at this place. No more (unless they learn how to treat their regular customers better)."
