"I had to write this from last few weeks every time we order the ARABIC GUY is very rude and unprofessional. I order and he talks rudely so when I went to pick up my order I asked him why is he so unprofessional and loud he said I am OWNER of this location and leave through that door. He did not serve my order sadly. I have never seen any owner yelling at customers like this. Guys there’s plenty of other pizza’s in Bensonhurst go somewhere else. AVOID THE ARABIC ANGRY GUY. he’ll ruin your day with his anger issues. No more Papa John’s"

"When we ordered the pizza the Arabic guy was rude when taking our order over the phone. We placed our order and picked it up the pizza was undercooked and incorrectly made as we ordered BBQ sauce instead of Marina. They told us they would make a new one for us and to come pick it up and when we got there they demand the undercooked pizza. Claiming policy as a reason. Horrible customer service ruined our night. Order somewhere else."
