Chick-fil-A

"Pretty dismal as far as Chick-fil-A is concerned. Got a salad with a cold fillet. My fillet was warm, not cut, and the ingredients on my salad were wrong… they were too busy to try and fix it tho. And it wasn’t a huge deal anyway, but I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a wrong order at any Chick-fil-A ever. First for everything I guess."

"It's not busy since all the students went back to school, got through quickly at 5pm. Chicken sandwich was good but it wasn't hot they remade it so that was nice. Fries were good and they have the best Milkshakes. Staff was friendly as well"

"Staff has gone through constant changes over the years but feels like despite getting tons of business they are overwhelmed and understaffed resulting in delays with getting everyone situated even up to this point. The food still remains good but this location could be way better with a management leader taking the right approaches in handling things professionally"

"A very busy Chickfila in the Menlo Mall. During prime time, I suggest ordering ahead 10-15 before you get to the restaurant to avoid a long wait. Food here is pretty consistent. I typically only get chicken sandwiches, nuggets & fries. Can't comment on the salads or desserts."

"We accidently went to the Chick-fil-A in Menlo Mall thanks to GPS. We were there so figured we'd try it. Never again!!! The chicken in the chicken salad looks like deli meat cut up. I asked for fries well done soggy as hell, ordered 2 soups were charged for them and then told they did not have any left. Do not waste your money at this location."
