"I’m in utter shock and disappointed at how the owner treats her customers. I had bought 3 sarees from them last week but didn’t notice that both of the red ones were almost similar. The blouse piece was attached and so was all of the tags and hoped to exchange it for a different Saree. Without even looking at the receipt or the saree, she goes ahead and says “we don’t want any use piece back”. I have no problem with the no exchange or return policy but please learn to respect your customers if you want business. There are many clothing stores in Edison that actually know how to talk nicely to their customers. You just lost a good customer."
