Aerie Store 55 Parsonage Road, Edison, NJ 08837

"My daughter bought a pair of leggins at the Bridgewater nj location but didn't notice that the security device wasn't remove, since Menlo Park is closer from were we leave we decide to go there to get it remove. The staff wasn't friendly at all I put the leggins on the couter to get the proof of payment out the bag and didn't notice there was a board they were writing on and the employee I was talking said I little angry: " don't put it there" . I explained why we were there and she said: "you didn't buy this here" I explain one more time this location was closer and she finally removed the device and didn't even respond when I said thank you."

"This store is… weird… because on two occasions there have been workers who are wearing bralettes as tops. It’s inappropriate. This store sells underwear and swimwear and staff isn’t dressed in panties and bikinis. Idk how corporate doesn’t know or how anyone hasn’t told these workers that they look ridiculous. Put a shirt on, please! If men worked there they wouldn’t be shirtless. Unprofessional."

"The managers in this store are poor trash, especially how they treat their customers. I did curbside pickup because I have a 4 week old and needed to pick up something for my daughters Halloween costume. I got their 30 minutes before 7pm (it says curbside pickup is available until 7:00pm) and the manager tells me they’re closing early because it’s Halloween so they can’t hand me my items. I asked her if cooperate knew if they were closing early and she said it’s only their store. So I politely asked her again if they could do their duties and bring my items out. Still have me a hard time until I threatened to call cooperate to report them. Called cooperate and handled but their management is awful. To top it all off, the manager had the nerve to say I was wrong and their curbside is until 6pm. That’s what you call disrespectful trash as a manager. Attached is my proof that it was till 7pm"

"I’m not one for reviews but this manager was just talking TJ her employees so rudely. She asked one to go get her food and then yelled at another employee in front of customers. Then I heard her chatting saying “I can’t stand rude customers, I have no patience for it”. Keep your convo private. I was mortified for her staff"
