"Waited a hour and half for my food. Got hung up on twice while trying to call. Was told they forgot to make the food so I had to wait for them to remake it. Would not recommend this place!"
"Placed an order through the dominos app and never received my order. Through the app tracker Aurelia was supposed to deliver my order and claimed she did, contacted Mohammed and he was very disrespectful and dishonest. Didn’t want to deliver my order but still charged my card. Do not order from this location. Nasty attitudes and untrustworthy employees."
"One of the delivery guys didn’t speak English and got really aggressive with me because he didn’t understand when I told him he gave me the wrong order. I can see my actual order when he opened his bag. Even after showing him my order on my phone he was he was yelling “call dominos call dominos” It took everything I had for me not to rip him a new one although he was getting in my face screaming. They’re really brave over the phone as well. This place is the worst."
"So, this is in fact my local Domino's [#3536, the store closest to my location] and in the past 365 days I've ordered here eight times. In general, I'm usually satisfied with the quality of my pizzas here...usually I rank them about 3 to 3.5 *'s but the last one I had here was definitely a 4.5 at least; whomever put that one together understood the assignment and knew what 'extra cheese/tomato sauce' is supposed to actually mean...I'd like to buy that person a congratulatory drink. I earned enough points for a free medium 2-topping pizza last weekend and attempted to redeem it twice this week only to find that the order wouldn't go through. Happened to pass by the place this evening to find that the store was closed on a Saturday night in the Bronx at 8 p.m...something is definitely wrong with this picture. I wonder if they had a fire or something? I can't imagine them being closed down for financial reasons since it's always pretty busy when I go there. All that aside, the biggest complaint I have regarding this store is that despite every effort I've ever made to get my pizza in my hands right of the oven (order online. show up before it's done. click the Pie Pass.) I always have to wait about ten minutes to get the attention of the guy at the window to get my pizza which I know is done because I can see my name up on their electronic pizza status flatscreen telling me that it is DONE and ready for pickup while my Domino's app is telling me the same and I'm literally staring at my pizza box on the pickup rack getting colder and colder and I like my pizza hot & fresh out the oven, this why I only do carryout. If they ever do reopen I'd recommend they assign one more person to the front - one to deal with the phone, the delivery guys, and backup post-bake prep detail (cutting, boxing, etc.) and another to deal with the customers who actually show up in person, such as myself, in a prompt manner."
"Please Close down this location!! My pizza looked like someone played soccer with the box it looked like left over pieces in a pile inside the box!! I had to put it together like a puzzle because I honestly thought they were random leftover pieces. It was frozen Cold it seemed old and dry! The chicken was old dry and burnt! The cheesy bread was also burnt on the side and the cheese on top was raw like not melted. And I did not get my blue cheese I paid for. It’s not fair dominos charges me $5.59 for delivery + tax + I tipped the guy not knowing what a mess I was getting. And he didn’t have a mask on. I feel very disappointed I will never order from this location again. Please be more considerate and give customers what they paid for or just close down! Papa johns it is for next time! :/."
