"This place is busy. I understand that the workers were trying their best because this place is always packed. Prices are a little outrageous but it’s in Manhattan near Times Square so what do you expect. I got the lox bagel and it was delicious, as well as the oatmeal which I’m surprised how much they gave me for such a good price compared to other things. Highly recommend this place."

"We came to this place twice! Breakfast was great. Had hot and iced coffee that tasted perfect combination of sweet and coffee. My husband got pancakes, egg and bacon. I ordered the everything bagel with cream cheese and salmon! Both were amazing. On the first day ordered a croissant which was perfectly flakey with a hint of sweetness on top!"

"Chaos. It doesn’t seem like they have a system. The bagels were soft and pillowy - delicious. However, the baked goods weren’t very fresh. The breakfast sandwich had the meltiest cheese, and fresh eggs and bacon. Drinks were nine dollars for two juices!!!! TWO! My kids, “the atmosphere was fun and friendly. Every bite of food was a typical bite from a typical cafe except the bagel. The bagel has the perfect texture, taste, and it seemed like equivalent to perfection” “I didn’t like that they got our order wrong”"
