"20 min wait.... not 2 bad. Pizza was great."
"I like papa John's pizza. But the stuff crust has too much bread and the chicken wings taste like it was microwaved."
"What kind of slices are these? Extra pepperoni where? Extra cheese where Both boxes where like this and cold its like they made the pizza WITHOUT A CARE. Wings were barely sauced also cold and soggy. The little Oreos where burnt! And no cream cheese to go with. Literally had to order food again because this was inedible. $50 down the drain currently fighting back for a refund!"
"I ordered delivery and the driver refused to come out of his car. He didn’t speak any English and I don’t speak much Spanish so we were very confused trying to communicate. He had my address and confirmed it. He kept honking from his car which didn’t have hazards on or anything. I couldn’t find which car he was in and he didn’t come out. He texted me in English confirming the address. I texted him back in Spanish (using the translate app, literally going out of my way to try and communicate) asking him to come out of his car and what color his car is. I got no answer. The driver drove off from my address with my food while I stood outside. I heard the car pull off and called. I got no answer. This is ridiculous. I paid for my food and I paid for delivery. I just got home from work and it’s 1am. I didn’t even get to go inside and now I have to go to Papa John’s. So I arrived and the driver insists that he gave it to me or some woman. I was standing directly in front of my building. Nobody came out of any car. No random pedestrian came up to any car and walked away with 2 boxes of pizza. But he insists that he was robbed. So basically they don’t have any system in place when handing out orders. They could’ve confirmed by asking the name for the order, the phone number, anything. I work in fast food and these issues rarely occur at my job because we confirm the phone number used to order before we hand them the food. Also I paid for delivery and now have to pick up my food. Whoever is on shift says I have to wait for tomorrow to speak to a manager about a refund on that. I’ve been a papa johns customer for years but this is the last straw for this location. They were nice about the mistake and did fix it. But there’s been too many issues since I started ordering from this specific location. There’s been an instance where they basically were lazy with cutting the pizza. They literally made three cuts instead of four. So instead of 8 even ish slices, four slices were the right size and the other two slices made up half of the pizza. It’s hard to explain. But they did it to two pies that night. The garlic parm breadsticks from here aren’t as good or saucy as I’ve had at ANY other PJ’s location. That’s my favorite menu item and it’s not good at this specific location. I’ve had instances where they left out the dipping sauce. These reasons may sound petty but I’ve been ordering papa John’s for like 20 years and it’s pretty consistent at every location. And I’ve never had these issues at any other location. I’ve had issues where they didn’t want to give the food to the right person because they couldn’t confirm the order accordingly. I’d prefer that rather than y’all giving my food to random ppl"
"While I enjoy Papa Johns pizza (I definitely prefer it to Dominos hands down) the delivery drivers that work at this particular location are disgustingly rude. Whenever they deliver to my address they refuse to bring the order to the door, forcing me to walk to them roadside while I was 9.5 months pregnant and afterward when I had just recently given birth. Obviously I’m ordering pizza because I am physically limited due to just having given birth. Then when I finally was able to get downstairs or find someone to go for me the driver gave the nastiest attitude and seemingly tampered with my pizza. See the photos. I won’t be ordering from Papa Johns again unfortunately until I move out of this neighborhood. Horrible service."
