"Wow is all I can say!!! F00D 110%, Customer Service 200% I continue to be amazed by this Jets location. Please dont believe any negative comments. I live a block away from the E62 location and order often. I am BEYOND impressed with the high caliber integrity level individuals that work at this location. I come from big corporate working for a $45B company and I continue to see the finest most customer focused individuals at this location thus feel compelled to write my experience. I would love to highlight my most recent experience with TAJINA ( hope I spelled this correct) Given I order frequently from this location, I was sent a 40% coupon. Was not sure how to order and what the terms were. Went through a number of conversations and it was TAJINA that walked me through the process and I eventually ordered my PERFECT PIZZA. Not only did I get what I ordered but TAJINA called me to ensure my order was perfect and she indicated she personally handled everything. Likewise she threw in a cookie. EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE MAX ( GUYS/GALS ASK FOR TAJINA) In this time of this economic downturn we dont always get the best service. Jets Pizza has the highest level of personnel to deliver the BEST experience. Hats off to TAJINA!! I will absolutely order again from this location. Appreciation for Jets attention to detail!! "Wow! Incredible pizza and even better service. I ordered via DoorDash and forgot to get Pepperoni on my pizza. I called Jet’s and they put the pepperoni on free of charge. Usually I have trouble changing DoorDash orders but Jet’s made it easy. Definitely recommend the corner pizza with pepperoni!"

"As I was in the city on 2nd Avenue, looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy a meal, I noticed Jet’s Pizza Detroit Style Pizza! It called my attention. Nicely decorated and super friendly customer service. Looking at the menu not knowing what to order, so the young men by the counter suggested one of their special pizza. Have a seat and once ready I’ll bring it to you. That’s awesome customer service!! First time ever to try a Detroit Style Pizza. Delicious by the way. Store very clean, well decorated, organized, comfortable to relax and enjoy your favorite pizza. Highly recommended you would not be disappointed!!"
