"This extremely rude salesperson doesn’t know how shopping works. The woman who was working today was great, friendly and helpful! The man… ugh! I will never return to this store after literally getting into an argument with him. The whole point of going into a store is to be able to try things on to see what fits well. He told me I was trying on too many things and he was tired of putting clothes back on the racks. I always put items back on the hangers, place them where they belong in the dressing room and feel I am a respectful shopper. That said, I cannot tell what will look good on me from the hanger and need to try things on. Also, putting back items customers don’t want IS HIS JOB! His issue was that I would try on so many things only to buy one thing. Yep, again, this is how shopping works. I actually found two things and purchased them begrudgingly. After investing the time, I wasn’t going to leave empty handed, but I will never return. It is not my style to leave my money at an establishment where someone has argued with me, complaining about “how” I was shopping and telling me I could leave, that he didn’t want my money. Well, you win in that way… you will never again see any more of my money. Too bad, I work on the block and it’s a very convenient location. Only go here if you know exactly what you want and are really, really good at knowing how things will fit you from seeing them on a hanger. Or don’t go here at all, go somewhere where they’re happy to see you and helpful and understand how shopping works, especially if you’re a woman."

"Not great the way you can’t see pricing as they ring you up and full markdowns aren’t taken, then no refunds permitted. Super deceptive, won’t be returning."

"Great coat. I wear it anytime its above freezing. If its below, I wear it with a sweatshirt underneath. Super comfortable and I like the way it looks. The sleeves are not made out of the same wool type material, but I don’t mind. The jacket has some extra space at the bottom, so it runs a bit large. I usually wear a large. It looks good with just the coat, but also has the space to put another layer underneath."

"I bought one dress and liked another one they didn't have the right size. I was charged for two dresses and they ordered the other one with correct size from another store. I was told that they will give me refund if I don't like it. When I was asked for refund they told me that didn't you see the note at the register that they only issue store credit. It gets better... they original receipt was a little piece of paper with total amount listed. They took my receipt and wrote on the back that I have credit available for that amount with pen. Nothing was entered into the register and I felt like I was robbed. What does that writing on the back means, anyone could write that... I will post again if they didn't accept their handwritten note credit. It is the craziest thing, I ever heard of. It is like a street vendor type of business. Step up your game if you want me to shop there again... beware of just counting on their words ...... because there is official NO printed proof..............."

"I purchased a fairly inexpensive pair of sandals for my mom. Less than 5 minutes later I returned to the store after my mother let me know she had a similar pair. The owner refused a full refund despite me having literally just left the store seconds before. I’ve never heard of someone running a business so poorly. I have zero intention of going back to even bother using my credit."
