"I will never, ever shop at Big Drop again. This is actually in regards to their online store rather than a specific location, but the entire company is very lowly regarded in my books. I purchased something for an event, which arrived damaged. Now I understand that companies have their policies regarding returns, but I don't think it applies when 1. items arrive damaged and 2. policies regarding damaged items are not stated. I requested a refund but to no avail. No, I didn't want a new skirt that was meant for something that already happened. And the selection at Big Drop is quite limited and with this horrible experience, no, I didn't want store credit. Furthermore, the staff was very slow in responding, and insisted that Big Drop inspects all their shipments and that the item was not defective when sent out. So I guess the mailman or my neighbor had something to do with it, because Big Drop obviously couldn't have made a mistake."
