"The shop is nice and have plenty of choices. I went twice there. On the day when it was less crowded the staff was very nice. But on the day they had sales, and I went there at 10AM to avoid the crowd, the staff gave me wrong information on the discounts and they were even rude and disrespectful when I asked for help."

"I wanted a purse that was chained to the wall so I walked over to get help from a cashier. They walked over with me and seemed pleasant. But then they weirdly kept trying to talk me out of buying the purse I really wanted instead of unlocking it. He kept showing me other bags and even walked away from the bag I had asked them to unlock. They kept showing me hideous bags that didn't align with what I wanted. They rambled on about how nothing would fit in the purse I was asking them to unlock and telling me it was a lot of money. After about 3 minutes of me telling them I wanted that bag and them ignoring my ask of just unlocking it, I left without the bag. Maybe they wanted to buy it discounted and resell. I have no idea why this man refused to sell me the cute lavender Marc Jacobs bag I wanted on my birthday but I won't be returning."
"was there today and got an amazing customer service provided by Daniel , he was very very very much helpful and very friendly , was just looking for a wallet he let me pick my dream wallet, was looking for a slides he went to the stockroom and checked and gave me all the options were available in my size , the service he provides is LUXURY .. beyond happy with my visit ! we need more sales associates like him in every store! that cares about the customers! Thank you Daniel ! you are the only Reason why i will definitely come back to the store!"
