"I saw 4 employees yesterday pm but no one tries to open another register to help customers because the chunky guy was on the phone for a long time even he saw we are waiting for him to hang up the phone. It is rediculous that he can not call his coworker to help customers on the line to pay for the merchandise. I ask him if there someone can help us and other customer but he replied in arrogant manner "NO" He is Big guy but no common sense to take care/help their customers."
