"Went here yesterday (4/23/23) with my mom. We were at the mall to purchase some dresses for an upcoming wedding that we are attending. I came in here because I like their clothes, and often shop online, but like to shop in store if i can because if anything i can try on stuff without having to worry about returns. We entered through the 2nd floor level, and the store was very organized. They actually had a lot of shoes, and looked at some bags that would go great with my new dress i brought. Overall didn't buy anything, and didn't even think of looking upstairs to browse more items, but that's okay. If you are purchasing something, i highly suggest signing up for their credit card where you can earn points, and at certain point milestones, one can recieve free shipping, $5.00 off, and free items because you are a rewards member. Also to boot, this past weekend was 21% off your entire purchase in honor of forever 21's birthday! Sign up for the card and take advantage of sales going on too! Hopefully will be back another time."

"My daughter loves this store. 2 floors of cloths....but......messy with cloths on floor everywhere. Not enough staff on for help."
