"The Macy’s at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, NY is probably one of the largest and busiest stores! I love their shoe department, they have a wide selection to choose from. I do go there quite often, but I was there a few weeks before Christmas and I was still able to get help from the saleswoman. She found my size and in fact I bought two pair of Franco Sarto boots, one black and one brown. The line was very long, but they moved extremely quickly. I wish I could remember the sales woman’s name, it was a Saturday and I want to say it was about three weeks before Christmas. She was extremely helpful. !"

"They have the worst customer service. The supervisor name if not mistaken. Victorina at the women’s section,3 floor she accusing me for stealing $10 that was her mistake. She missed counting the money and she had me waiting for an hour to check the cameras after checking she just decided to give me the $10. And she said with an attitude I will count the cash register. Later, when you leave, If it is missing that mean you took the money . so why she check the cameras for ?? she ruined my day and my holiday. Macy’s you have to hire someone professional, that respect customers."

"Wonderful experience at this Macy's at palisades mall NY. The saleswoman in the store were wonderful and very helpful. Lots of great offers and sales in the store in the month of march. Last act and Backstage Deals are the best - must check them out. They carry all major designer brands and Great in-house collections of different brands which are way cheaper."
