"Associates are friendly. Cleanliness can be improved. The warehouse is the messiest and most disorganized one I’ve been to. Shoes were strung about and pairs were held together with zip ties. There was also a weird smell in the men’s shoe aisles. It was like being in a goodwill store."

"The selection is tennis items was scarce and the items there were on the pricey side. We needed to get a tennis racket so we ended up purchasing one but I was disappointed. Every other section such as golf has a lot of merchandise and there was items priced for everyone's budget."

"This place is trash! I recently went to their closeout store under the primary in the Palisades Mall and purchased a pair of Sneakers when I saw the final sale I ask the cashier why so high she said there's tax. When I got home I realized the shoes rang up incorrectly so I went back two day later to have the price corrected and the associate that help me went to speak to his manager and the manager said he would not honor the price on the box because it's common for customers to switch the price tag. I returned the shoes and left offended and embarrassed, who does that I asked and how dare you accuse a customer of fraud! I reached out to corporate to voice my concerns about this matter and requested a call back and to date still nothing. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!"
