"Not sure about the less than 4 * reviews here but I have had nothing but great experience at this store. The inflation has of course driven the prices up that is nothing "a store" or people working there responsible for. I have been coming to this store after moving in this area a year ago. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The manager is friendly, on top of everything even with less employees working at times. The store is in great condition despite busy hours and I have felt welcomed and free to come here. The presence of a great staff and the environment they create for customers is the reason I come and shop here all the time. Those that complain about workers doing their jobs just do not want to cooperate or follow company policies. This is store is in a mall with lot of traffic, so it can get very busy and become tumultuous due to amount of people and lot of people with families and small kids come here. I give credit to their team to try to fix and be on top of everything. Regardless, the manager and his staff are doing a great job and although the selection is not a lot I can find what I need for my family. Thank you!"

"I've been a loyal customer if FF for years. I absolutely love them. I've always been able to find something in the store until this year. The clearance prices were so expensive, like they've never been lowered. The selections were okay, but not at all like before."

"One of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had in a retail establishment. The associate # 310239 was extremely unprofessional and careless. Not only did she laugh repeatedly and make unnecessary comments but she made returning a product that much harder after the holidays. This employee was also not wearing a name tag one of the many mistakes made today."

"I bought a pair of toddler shoes for my son. After trying them on, he wanted to wear them out of the store so I only brought the shoebox to the checkout counter. The associate asked me to make sure it was the correct size, because other customers had purchased shoes of the wrong size doing the same thing. After assuring her it was the correct size, the associate at the next register reiterated the same request. Again I affirmed that I had the correct size, and told them they could check the shoes. They declined and proceeded with the transaction, as long as I had "triple checked". I was very irritated that they did not trust me the first time. Overall negative experience, but great deal on clearance shoes."

"Was greeted by employees when we arrived. Found what we needed right away, store was well stocked and organized. Checkout was quick and employees were really nice, helpful with finding a few last minute items."
