"After visiting the store personally, I made an appt for someone to come to my residence to take measurements for an estimate. I canceled my appt bc i would not be home. My boyfriend then called weeks later to schedule another visit, but they said they didn't have anyone to come out to do the estimate that day and would call us back. Which they did not. My boyfriend then called a second time, only for them to tell jim they would call back with a date, but we didn't receive the call. I then went to the store, again to schedule. The person immediately recognized me, and when I mentioned I was there to schedule an appt because no one had gotten back to us, he stated well you canceled and and then we were not available. It's the same thing. I tried to explain that we had tried making another appt, but no one returned our call and he just said it's the same thing. He was very rude and unprofessional. I instead opted to walk out without doing business with them. Customer service is everything. I'm glad I saw this now, and not after making any purchases with them."

"Placed an order for new cabinets. I was told i will get a call for measurements waited for three days I received no phone call. After someone came to get the measurement for the counter top but not for the cabinets. I was told someone already came but I live alone. I then went to the store to see what was going on. Now they are giving me a new price and telling me that they don't install the cabinets that I must find someone to do it. They didn't have anything. The only thing they had was the down payment for quartz counter top. I cancelled my order. Their excuse was that the original employee was new."
