"I tried their beef lomo saltado lunch and it was just ok. For a Peruvian restaurant their beef was very bland where you would expect way more flavor. I’m not sure what rice they use but I don’t like it at all, it just did not taste like your typical white rice. The amount of the food was just ok as well, I finished all of it and I’m a petite girl that never finishes all her food. I’m new to the area and would like to have some good food when I’m not in the mood to cook. I might try something else from them but I’m definitely not in a rush to."

"I'm in town staying at a hotel nearby and was looking for something unique and local for carryout. I made the right choice. I ordered the arroz chaufa with chicken, which is like a Peruvian fried rice, and a cheese empanada. The portion was much bigger than I expected for the price, with a lot of juicy chicken and a ton of flavor. I don't know what the creamy green cilantro (?) sauce is that they included, but I would drink it from a bucket. I couldn't even get a picture of the empanada because I ate it too fast, but it was soft and crispy and not greasy at all. The place is really small and appears to do most of their business through carry-out and delivery so only has a few counter seats. I wouldn't go for dine-in with more than two people. But everyone was really friendly and efficient and I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend."

"Recently found a piece of plastic in my empanada. Took two weeks for the manager to call me back. When I asked why it took so long he said he was more worried about his other customers and he had to put that first. Then he said he could refund me my $4. His response and dismissive attitude speaks for itself. The food is delicious and the sweet lady at the front is always nice."
