"Ordered chicken goddess sandwich there was no chicken on the sandwich!!!! Over $40.00 and no chicken on either sandwich. Soup is fine. Check your takeout orders!! Update: Paneras in West Orange came through. They offered to refund money or sandwiches. The manager in the evening shift had no problem saying we would take care of it, and they did. Thanks a lot! There is nothing like good customer service to keep you coming back!!! Thanks to all involved."

"Stopped by for a road trip pit stop classic! Ordered the classic Mac and cheese in a bread bowl. The Mac and cheese was tasty and creamy and was great with more carbs on the side! The bread bowl was tough and would recommend getting it in a bowl instead."

"During my visit, I experience good customer service. This is actually my second time visiting this Panera location and asking about a Vegan option. An employee suggests a custom sandwich order which consists of Avocado, cucumbers, greens, and onions. The sandwich comes with a surprise, a random hint of jam, which offers a sweet flavor I appreciate in the sandwich and that I actually want more of with every passing bite without it. The chips are tasty, light enough to eat a bag or two."
