"As delicious as Panera is, at this point, I only go for nostalgia. I'm sure everyone will agree with me, but the prices are out of this world. $14 chicken sandwich with chips is a good joke. Associates are alright: there is always that one person who looks bored or talking to their coworker, while the other one is slaving away."

"Absolutely disgusting how the manager and staff treat customers. The middle aged lady at the register needs to retire seems like she hates everyone and hates her job. The manager kicked a family out of the restaurant for absolutely nothing and threw their money on the floor as if it was a panera gang the whole crew threated the family and kicked them out. Absolutely will NEVER return they are all racist. Corporate should definitely step in. Just wanted to enjoy my lunch but was disgusted to the point i just left."

"The restaurant is dirty and just nasty!!! The employees are always rude and seem unhappy! Hearing how the manager yells at them like she is a drill Sargent! Wow I feel bad for this people for dealing with her on a daily basis she’s nuts! It takes sooo long to get food. It’s worth the drive to one of the Wayne stores. As a successful business owner myself. The way these employees are treated makes sense why the service is terrible. Learn how to treat your employees like humans not dogs. It’s not hard to simple not raise your voice or yell at them. The employee even looked like they were ready to cry as if they had been dealing with it all day I as a business person hope to see it fail ! THE MANAGERS WILL LEARN THEN"

"Just picked up takeout, and I’m not pleased. I ordered a Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich expecting something remotely similar to was pictured on the Panera website, and instead received this poor substitute. In my humble opinion, this was a complete waste of $9.49, and can't but help feel scammed."
