"Andrew our waiter was EXCELLENT!!! Very attentive. The manager at Butler made right an unpleasant experience….The girl hostess was not pleasant!! Very condescending and made us wait 47 minutes after we made call ahead seating. Everyone has bad days. When working in a public restaurant-you must leave your personal negativity at home or in your car. We checked in 3 times and she condescendingly told us 10 minutes. Then to find out after 47 minutes we were deleted from the waitlist. She didn’t even help us. She made her colleague help us. Only to be told it would be another 20 minutes to wait. Thank goodness I asked for a manager. We were seated in Andrew’s section and our meal and service were excellent."
"Our waiter Andrew was absolutely great! He was very personable and was a pleasure to have as a waiter. We had a little hiccup with the food, and the manager on duty Nick, took care of it quickly. Both Andrew and Nick were very professional and great at their jobs. This Outback location is better because of both of these employees."

"The host was very nice, our server Julia was very good. She paid attention to our special requests and got everything correctly. The food is always good here. 4 stars for the atmosphere, cuz this location always smells a bit weird, there is a low-key musty-like odor."
