"This visit was a real disaster. Sat at the bar and if we wanted anything, we had to call the bartender back as she was constantly at the other end of the bar making drinks for the folks at the tables. Poor management to not have a second bartender. We ordered a couple of entrees and they took 20-25 minutes to arrive and were only lukewarm when they arrived. Like a jerk, I failed to complain immediately and just let it pass. When we were able to again gain the bartenders attention, we ordered a desert. After 20 minutes of waiting, I finally had had enough of the waiting and called the manager over to cancel the order and ring up the charges. He did so, and took one of the entrees off the bill to ease the pain. However, that was not the point. My wife and I wanted a fun couple of hours at the bar having a drink or two with some food and enjoyment. The inability of the kitchen staff to keep up was a huge problem and it will be a very long time (if ever) until we give them another chance."

"Highly disappointed, was seated and waited 15 to be served and no one came. The staff was all sitting at a table doing nothing. The place wasn’t even busy. The manager kept looking at us too and ever came over and said nothing to his staff. Bad place , don’t come"

"I usually go daily for their house salad. Every 3rd or 4th one is nearly inedible. Soggy wet limp lettuce croutons wet and mushy. Disgusting. Then if you call a manager they ask you to come back to.get a new one (should have got it right first time) or they give you a $5 gift card in the mail which does not cover what you bought."

"The bartender was super friendly and professional, but the MOD needed serious training on service recovery. He doesn’t understand that touching a table with a sincere apology is worth more than 50% off on steak that is supposed to come medium instead of well done."

"The food was good and fresh, but little bit salty. Our waitress was awesome...fresh salad, nice appetizers, and the drinks were not bad. The restaurant is clean and nice music. Prices are good, specially the half price appetizers after 10 pm."
