"Very little room for good customer service. The employees are hanging out in flooring department making believe they are working during the busy time. Look at the departments not organized. If you want something you need to find it in top stock. It looks as Lowes don't do any Safety Protocols, face shield, chaps, etc. Dirty toilets, Also they have a attitude in appliances."

"Bought a ceiling fan and paid for installation service. The Lowes contractor, Handy, bailed on our appointment and wouldn't reschedule us for a week. No reason was given as to why we were canceled, and no contact was made to tell us the installer wouldn't show, so we wasted our afternoon waiting for no one, and moved furniture that we will now have to move back, and move again in a week. This reflects on Lowes, because it is their installation partner of choice. 1 extra star because the Lowes employee was very helpful and nice."

"I've been doing a lot of landscaping at my new house during 2020 and I have to say Lowe's Garden Center is by far superior to their orange competitor. The plants are better taken care of, the variety is better and their prices are comparable. While I may have to buy some things at 'the other' store, I always get my landscaping material and plants at Lowes."
