"The store is amazing. It’s always clean & I always find what I need. However the pharmacy sucks. They are understaffed so you literally wait in the drive thru for NO LESS than 30min. This is the only one that does this. I know one time I had to go In because they were short staffed & waited 20min. The pharmacist was giving vaccines etc etc. butttttt they didn’t even have my prescription. They ran out of pills. No call or nothing. I dread coming here, the only reason I do is because I am in the discount club & my meds are expensive but here they are so cheap. Smhhh"

"Went to have a script for my epileptic dog 15 mins before 1pm and they told me it would take to long to fill before lunch. I asked her for the price of the meds so I could be prepared before pick up she said I have to enter it all in first. Then I ask if I can wait while she did so and she said it's gonna take a while... know that if u go 15 mins before lunch expect to not get answers because they don't do anything that close to lunch I guess."

"I have had multiple problems with this pharmacy stemming over multiple months. I have been given wrong information. I have been told my Rx is ready, only to drive up there, and be told otherwise & chased away. They have been rude, insensitive, and blamed their lack of organization or misinformation incorrectly on my insurance company. I have missed medication I am supposed to take daily by 1 or 2 days MORE THAN ONCE due to them being unable to fill a Rx or keep medication stocked. I have received a text that a Rx is ready, only to drive over to find out that the med is out of stock - yet, they don't bother to send a follow up text or call to inform you of that information. They do not value your time. They should zero concern or care when this happens. I should have my head examined for still using this pharmacy. I plan to change as soon as possible. Not worth the constant struggle."

"I wasn't aware that Kroger's had a drive thru pharmacy!!!! Drop off prescription, buy groceries, load car, pick up medicine! I lucked out and there was only one car ahead of me. Staff is very polite and knowledgeable."
