CVS Pharmacy

"Have been using this pharmacy since it opened. The past coupke of years, wait times (insode and drive thru) have been horrible. Now that they have changed the pharmacy hours, i feel like they are in danger of losing a lot of customers. I had to pick up a RX this week. There were no open spaces in the parking lot, so i get in the drive thru with 5 cars ahead of me. I was in the drive through 45 minutes befire getting to the window. When i was leaving, the drive thru line was wrappjng aroind the bldg."

"Customer service is horrible. They gave me an expired medication. When l brought it back they told me it has a 6 month shelf life extension which was not told to me when l picked it up. You can do better CVS pharmacy!!!!"

"My most recent visit was horrible! The pharmacist stopped in the middle of my transaction and told me his shift was over and I would have to wait for someone else to help me further. He never asked me if I had questions about my meds. He refused to help me try to save money on my very expensive medication that I gave him a discount code from the company for. He was very rude and extremely unprofessional."

"This is my second review and this pharmacy will always add extra disappointment, we were in the ER at night because my son had a viral infection, the doctor prescribed his medication by mistake to this location before asking me. We got out of the ER at about 3 am. By 12 pm I received a message that my son prescription was ready, went to pick up 15 min before lunch, to find out that only one medication is ready and that they did not even know it was two medications. So, after showing them ER printed prescription and a lot of back and forth to convince them it was two medications not one. I was told that they do not have the other medication and they did not bother to call me before to let me know. They refuse to call the doctor for a different brand, they even close the pharmacy on my face without fixing their mistake or providing any help. When I called after lunch break to understand what happened and why this happened the pharmacist told me and I quote” I don’t have time to call you about your prescription, I don’t have time for this, to listen to you” and hang up on me. I had to call the ER get new proscription sent to a different pharmacy. However my son got extra sick cause he could not get his meds till around 7/8 pm. This place should be out of business."

"Went to the pharmacy for a simple prescription, was told it's set to be available at 4 pm and it'll be expedited so it can be filled sooner. Returned at 7pm that evening, was told it will be finished in 20-30 minutes. Returned the next day at 5pm, was told they don't even have the medication. Needless to say I will never use CVS pharmacy again."
