"Whenever I go through the drive-thru to pick up my meds, they don't attach my extra care card to it so the prescriptions are not added to the card. This is the 3rd time. They don't ask me for my telephone number or ask me anything. On this particular trip, the girl didn't even say thank you, have a nice day, or anything. Just put my meds into the drawer and opened it, and then left. What kind of customer service is that? I have been coming to this particular CVS for many years because it's very close to my house and job but I feel as if I am going to have to take my business elsewhere."
