"We had to change pharmacy because of insurance. Our experience has been awful. The prescription and never ready even 2 days later. The clerks are rude and not helpful. I took a prescription in yesterday to have transferred from kroger and they cannot find it. If I get this one I'll be surprised. I plan to change to rite aid"

"I have been unable to fill a prescription here for several weeks. First they told me they would order it and get back to me. I called a week later and the tech noticed no one ordered it. I receive a text message asking to come in and get it but when i did they didn’t have it. The technician lectured me that i need to call ahead to ensure it was there. Then she told me I could come get it when i receive a text message. She didn't comprehend that this wasn't consistent. I am not sure whats going on here. I have used this location for years without issue until now. I am having all my prescriptions sent to someplace else."
