"Told they would be open Friday December 22. They were closed. Closed at noon. 8 or 10 of us came and expected to be able to pick up our prescriptions and the refill pharmacy had closed at noon. And will not be available until Tuesday January 2 2023 These medications are vital to us to live. This incident is deplorable and in excusable. GMCM William Sharkey USNR retired."

"Why Fort Eustis Pharmacy took forever to get my prescription meds? I'm already dying and always waited 1 week including weekends to get my meds!!! Y'all gotta step up and look out for people who extremely needs the meds right away!"

"In 14yrs of service this has to be by far the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. Not enough staff, they prioritize retirees over active duty in uniform. I don't know where to begin when it comes to ideas to fix this place. Maybe hire more military personnel for staff and less over paid civilians. I have yet to see even 1 military person behind the counter."

"This is the slowest pharmacy of all time. People sitting for hours at a time is normal. I got here at 11:58 a.m it's now 2:06 pm and im still waiting... as is everyone else. The people behind the counter don't move with urgency at all. They care about everything except your time. I have an appointment at 3:30... mind u I got here at noon. I would absolutely, if possible, stay away from this pharmacy if possible. The workers are terrible and wait is unbearable. It's honestly crazy. They have 6 windows with only two being used."
