"Undoubtedly, based upon his reviews, he is a good doctor, but I certainly endorse the several reviews stating that the scheduling service is terrible. Although the computer-generated voice which initially fields calls is impressive, the ensuing terrible music and interminable wait time is unbelievably bad. I am typing this during the third call I have made to this doctor's online scheduling number, attempting to arrange a first visit, as we are new to the area. I began typing this when I'd already been on hold nearly 15 minutes, on this my third call, after my wife asked me to please turn down the irritating music and a live person had asked me to wait "just a second", at least 10 minutes ago. Not an exaggeration, (she asked at 2:16 pm and it is now 2:29) so I'm thinking because this is my third time calling and I'm curious how long they'll actually make me wait, I'll keep holding until someone returns to the phon, to actually attend to this prospective patient. Because the yelp reviews contain so many adverse comments regarding the poor quality of the answering/scheduling service, it seems clear my long wait is not an aberration but the result of wholly deficient patient service, notwithstanding favorable comments about the doctor himself. Personally, I doubt the competence of any group of physicians who would tolerate such deficient service. Therefore, if and after a live person actually returns to the phone, I expect to decline service and seek to establish a relationship with a physician who cares about patients enough to refuse to accept and be represented by such deficient service [As circumstances developed, about five minutes after I finished typing the above, "Mia" from the doctors office came on the line and was extremely pleasant, very apologetic, seemingly competent and provided me with a direct number for future calls, so I made an appointment to see the doctor, especially after having already called three times and waited so long. I plan to update this report, after actually seeing the doctor, to report my experience with, and impression of, him rather than this re the extremely deficient answering/scheduling service.]"

"Dr. Boney isn't the problem, it is the establishment. Expect to wait a long time on the phone while trying to make appointments, just to receive a referral that will take additional months to get in. I called in with pain in my chest and a lack of sleep for days. I was told he was busy. Asked to see any other doctor who was there and was told sorry, they can't do that. Just go to urgent care if you need help. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Save yourself hours of your life and find a medical center that is better organized, cares more, and will actually give you service."
