"We have been here a yr now. Just renewed for another year. We like it, for apartment living. Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. We are in the back of the community so it's peaceful but sometimes feel forgotten because of it, but I'm sure that is not the case. We love it came with a washer and dryer and the flooring is great for easy clean up. For me this has been a great place to live."

For me it's important that my concerns are heard and questions answered. I got that immediately from the Manager and Maintenance staff at St. Croix. Thank you all very much. "So where to start...I absolutely love the office staff here. Ariel and Venus know what they're doing, how to handle things professionally, and they actually listen. That's a big one. I've lived in quite a few apartment complexes since moving to Virginia Beach. And this is the first place I've lived where it didn't feel like a hassle to talk to the office. They are always so sweet and so kind. Any issue that we have had was very promptly handled. And handled correctly the first time. The maintenance staff here is immaculate as well. Our locks stopped working and we called the emergency line and had our locks changed and back into our home within 30 minutes. It was also on Mother's Day, and it was still handled incredibly quickly. We also had an issue with our sink, and it was fixed very promptly as well. I would give this place 10 Stars if I could. It's honestly a very quiet community. I never hear any loud music, people actually properly take care of their fur babies here. The playground is nice and clean. I saw someone saying that the workout room bathrooms were disgusting. That's absolutely not the case, the workout room and restrooms are all very clean, anytime me or my husband go in there. The pool is also a very nice size and is always clean. And to put the cherry on top of the cake, they have a beautiful bird pond with the most Pleasant geese. Pleasant geese is not something you'll find just anywhere. Overall, I love st croix so much. I'm very glad my family and I moved here."
