"Tried to look at renting a property with my girlfriend they looked up the wrong name on background check and claimed that I’m not good people when I called and got it corrected and showed I was clean besides some driving infractions and a satisfied judgment from 5 to 6 years ago the last in the office said well I guess there is a lot of bad Richard Taylor’s out there and that me and her have not been together long enough in her opinion and also cause I have not rented a whole apartment in years even tho I have legal documents showing proof of legally subleasing a bedroom for a few years prior to meeting my girlfriend.. but due to the lady in the office opinion on my relationship and calling people what they arnt do to their own mess up on the wrong name they chose to not practice good business as other comments are saying and work on building better reviews… if your don’t like my review look at others please save your time and money and do not try"

"Hmm lived here from 2020-2022 Horrible place to rent from super unhappy during those two years with my unit and managements efforts to improve it . Rent was raised out of nowhere and I still had a lot that my apartment needed done . They have 1 maintenance guy for over 4 properties so good luck on getting help with anything. The current lady jasmine is pretty good but they have 1 person in office super understaffed property company and it shows. Not to mention horrible neighbors nasty neighbors that leave food all over stairs from taking their trash out a millions of roaches even crawling on the building at night"

"I should have trusted the google reviews! This place rents garbage cans to people that unfortunately they can prey upon that need a place to stay! The lady Jamie in the office is very rude and not friendly when you have a issue! Before I rented they had me look at a different apartment than the one I was going to move into. So you sign the lease and pay and not know what apartment you are getting. A bait and switch technique. When I got the key to my apartment as soon as I walked inside I could smell roach spray very strong so I was like oh no here we go. So I looked around for roaches and didn’t see any dead ones so I gave the place the benefit of the doubt. Signs of roach droppings all around the hot water tank that showed a prior roach infestation. I asked Bay housing to replace the hot water tank to make the roach infestation doesn’t come back and was coldly told that won’t happen by office person Jamie. I was across the street from the beach and this place was month to month so I figured I would just give the place a try. I did see one live roach about a week later and some rat droppings in the closet but again I knew it was month to month so if I saw more roaches or rat poop I will leave. After one month of living on the edge and no peace of mind from the roaches and rats and questionable neighbors my apartment was broken into. I just paid my $990.00 rent and was broken into. I instantly moved out and called Jamie the next day and told her what happened and asked could I get my money back and she told me I won’t get my money back and she will take this incident as my 30 days notice. I told her under the circumstances I should be allowed to get my money back and she told me that most people cant afford to just leave when they get broke into and that they will stay after a break in and use the 30 days notice lmao. I told her so I have to lose $990.00 dollars because I can afford to move out and not be scared to be broken into again and she said yes! Wow. And then she took 20 dollars out of my $300.00 deposit to clean the refrigerator lol. I know the junkie neighbors broke into my place and I’m sure anyone that moves in those apartments after I left they will watch them and when the time is right they will break into their apartment too. So I hope everyone that reads this does NOT move into any properties managed by bay housing. They are rude slum lords. I hate that people are desperate from credit reasons and money reasons that this place can prey on them. So I suggest everyone don’t take the chance like I did and become a victim by junkies that broke into my place and then victimized by bay housing by taking my rent money $990.00 and $20.00 to clean the refrigerator after I was broken into by the junkie neighbors that live in the properties they rent. Stay away from bay housing properties in the ocean view area! If you want to be near the beach like I do find another area!! You have been warned."

"If you want to live in a vermin infested cesspool. Bay housing is the place for you. They don't do regular spraying and they never answer your calls. Sleep tight knowing there will be tons of roaches crawling all over your home at night and they will be there to great you every morning. Disgusting and disgraceful."
