"Neighborhood isn't safe packages get stolen, cars get broken into! Suppose to be security monitoring the Neighborhood but never see them I wouldn't recommend this area! Move in at your own risk!!!"

"Lets start with Ms. Brek, she was so welcoming and helpful with moving me into an apartment. By the time I moved in she was no longer there but CheeChee was and she is heaven sent, such a vine from day 1 ! She really was there whenever I had an issue or just to talk ! Maintenance came if not , the same day, the very next day. The section i was in was pretty quite the neighbors were friendly. Moving out CheeChee was still very kind and motivational. I just can’t thank the community enough."

"Lived here for 5 years and it's been very good. Great rate on the 3 bedroom apartments. Maintenance responds very quickly to online requests. Staff is friendly and professional. My only criticism is that my AC went out every summer and maintenence would have to come out several times to fix it. Other than that, I highly recommend these apartments."

It’s conveniently 4 minutes from NSU, 8-9 from Downtown Norfolk and 15 minutes from Va beach and the outlet! The rent amount is unmatched for the area most places charge $1300 for a 1bedroom but mission college is so affordable!"
