"I have spoken to a tenant out this neighborhood and they informed me that mold is growing on all their furniture and affecting her lungs!!!!! I am beyond livid that staff hasn’t fixed this situation before the lady dies and her small dog!!!!! I am trying to get in touch with the local news to expose this!!!! You will not get away with this!!!! I’m also calling the health department!!!! You will fix this immediately or go down!!!!!! Shame on you!!!!! This lady is in tears!!!!!!! Call a professional already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I absolutely love living here. I moved in May 2017 and its coming on 3 years and its always been a peaceful space. The only downside is how small the parking spaces are but all in all its a great place to rent. I personally have never had any problems. If anybody is considering moving here please do! 100% recommend."

"We lived here for a year and enjoyed out stay here. The front office is very friendly and helpful, maintenance was fast and my neighbors were nice. The only bad things I could say is that the surrounding area isn't the best but that can be anywhere you live. Also some people act as though they do not know how to use the dumpster and would leave the trash outside of it causing a disgusting amount of flies to swarm. And some of the children in the area I could do without but all in all I would recommend this place to anyone."

"Staff are friendly and I Love my home. I've lived here for a year and now going on my second year. I love the pool and workout area... Everything is going well so far. Only issues I have... is the rental price went up only a year living here... but it is over all a good place. Also totally not a big deal but in my opinion could use some work, is maintenance. It takes a long time to get things done but I suppose it's due to the apartments still being fairly new, I figure that should improve over the years though. Other than that everything else is good."

"These apartments are brand new. I would say dealing with staff at the begoning of the year ( as in When they initially opened) was rocky but after some complaints they have received additional training and have been pleasant every since. The apartments are quit big not too expensive and have accommodating ammenties which include homes equipped for the handicapped, a small park, pool, gym and parking. The community is gated but the gate is normally opened rather than close and often malfunctions meaning the key pad rarely works. The community is quiet and family friendly. I like it overall."
