"5 star place to live! Beautiful community outside & inside the apartments. Great location! The staff members are amazing. Anything that I needed they were happy to assist me with. The property manager Emily and the entire office team are extremely professional and attentive. I rarely needed maintenance but when I did they were responsive and helpful. I enjoyed living there and would live at Park Crescent again! Thank you to the entire Park Crescent team for making my living experience there enjoyable!!"

"trust me when i say, if you are active military do NOT live here. we applied for an apt in may, had a set move in date for june 1. they called us 2 HOURS before move in, saying there was a mistake. we give them grace for the mistake, then move in September 1. POOR customer service. Rarely reply to calls/emails. My boyfriend left on deployment & in November there was a problem with his account (he is in the middle of the ocean) which caused his half of the rent to bounce & be NSF. we had to provide a money order, understandably for that month. Come december 1, i try to pay rent & it is blocked. i email them & they tell me i have to provide a money order again…. which was NEVER communicated to me. not once. they also didn’t even tell me how much rent was, just assumed i would know? i had to reach out myself………mind you, he is on deployment & cannot just send me money every month for a MONEY order. i’ve communicated he is in the military & they just ignore it. it’s absolutely ridiculous & disheartening they treat military this way."

"Thank goodness I moved out at the end of 2022. I’m guessing nothing’s changed. At least the previous owners bothered to fix the elevators, but not The Franklin Johnston Group. That made moving out from the third floor a lot of fun. The sewers outside my apartment backed up right before I left and no one bothered cleaning up after. Disgusting, but it was fitting since residents use the area as a a place for dogs to do their business and not pick up after them. Also, maintenance takes forever and they perform half measures to “fix” things. If you happen to live in the buildings on Crescent Way near Military Highway, enjoy the sound of gas powered leaf blowers past dark. That’s where the groundskeeping crew parks their junker truck every Thursday and where they finish their work."

"First apt I've ever been to where they don't let you know when they're coming in your apt. The stairwell is always dark and smells of urine. There was dog poop outside the elevator for days and folks love to walk down the hall with their dogs five feet in front of them thereby making leashes useless. But, mostly I'm still trying to figure out how they can call about everything except letting me know when a stranger enters my home while I'm still unpacking."

"I have been preparing for this move-in for over two weeks now and now that I have finally moved in, I am elated with my new apartment home! From the jump, Kayla has been patient with me in making sure I got everything I needed to move in & went above and beyond to make sure I was in a great home! Kayla has a great spirit and is very easy to talk to. After moving in, I put in work orders for a few minor things and the same day those orders went in, John was there, came in and fixed them with ease! He’s a great guy, great conversation, and said if there was anything else to let him know. My apartment is so beautiful and spacious, the windows are big and bring in so much natural light, it’s amazing. For a one bedroom, it feels like I have a two bed lol this has to be the most at ease I have ever been when moving somewhere. The staff greets you with smiles and hello’s and makes you feel welcomed and at home. I know that I am truly going to love my experience with Park Crescent! Best decision I’ve made hands down! PS: I have a fireplace, a soaking tub AND a stand up shower, I swear I’m in love!"
