"Whatever you do, DO NOT rent unit #14--even with the special! You get the worst parking space in the entire complex and people routinely block you in so that you cannot get out. Unlike the other spaces, one of the boundaries of your space is concrete, and even with a small vehicle like mine, it's hard to manuever when people block you in or park where they shouldn't. Further, regarding the complex itself, nothing gets done to enforce excessive noise coming from neighbors, so you're out of luck if you end up with noisy neighbors, like I have. One of my neighbors literally plays satanic music at full blast in his car as he drives in at 11:00PM sometimes, whereas another (perhaps the same one?) routinely has his TV on loud between 3-5am. I would think very hard before renting here."

"This your reality after moving into KPM Properties. They literally refuse to maintain the property. Paint is peeling all over the place, the windows do not have locks on them and the Alfonz in the office is very unprofessional, as he IGNORES tenant e-mails and phone calls. And they raised the rent. The proof is in the pics."
