"Lisa at the front desk is a phenomenal person she has a beautiful personality she's friendly she wear many hats I see her clean the public bathroom I see her sweet ,mop ,wipe down doors, just a all around grounded person. such a team player. Beautiful spirit and it's such a asset to this building"
"Lacks sufficient security measures. My mother was on the floor for almost 4 hours and because there was no guard on duty neither the police or my brother could get in to assist her. You can smell smoke in the hallway from tenants, even though it has a no smoking policy. The building is old and badly in need of updating. The fire alarm outside my mother's apartment has been taped up for several months. Elevators are constantly out of service and the front entrance is littered with cigarette butts and debris. Not recommending this place to anyone!!!"
