With the Wainwright, both the place and the staff are top notch. There’s high-grade materials throughout, so you never hear neighbors beside you or above you. (It helps that the neighbors are also very respectful). Very clean, very safe, very much worth the extra amount in rent. Best apartments downtown!"

"Have lived at the Wainwright for roughly a month and I have to say, the staff here is so phenomenal that they could make living in a garage enjoyable. Fortunately, the building is beautiful, very well kept by maintenance, and thus far a 10/10. Liz is an angel who goes above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of the residents. She has handled almost every one of my concerns with professionalism and kindness. One of my favorite qualities about this apt complex are the views from both the apartment and rooftop. Would highly recommend if you're looking to rent in downtown Norfolk as its centrally located but also private enough to be away from the noise of downtown if you prefer."
