Biltmore Commons Apartments

"I love it out there ..Lori the manager is a hard worker they stay on top of maintenance problems..l have stayed in 5 apartments ....and Biltmore Commons is the best ."

"The only reason I gave this place a 4 star rating is because of our neighbors, landscaping, easy access to the maintenance man, and property manager. This would not have been a bad place if the outside neighborhood tenants did not break into our apartment. Thankfully, no one was home and the police/property manager made the incident a lot easier to deal with it. Other than that, no complaints, both the property manager and maintenance man kept the complex clean and everything in working condition. The property manager was amazing and very accommodating. The complex is located behind a church and is within walking distance of the 7-11 (up the street). Good location; far enough away from the noise of the train and busy area (grocery stories and other business near by) but close enough to the things you may need. Would stay here again, I would just purchase more security cameras and window alarms"

"This complex is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. The manager made the whole process of application to approval very easy. The moving date is in less than a month and will update my review after living there for a while."
