"When I called to inquire regarding a rental, Stephanie Waldon promptly greeted me, and she was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in answering all of my questions to my satisfaction. She took time to listen and showed genuine interest in my concerns. When I arrived too early for my tour, Michelle gave a warm greeting and hospitality, Stephanie saw me, right away, and gave me an informative tour. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and had some upgrades. The property was quiet, immaculate, and the maintenance workers and other staff were very friendly. The property met all my needs and made my decision to rent quite very easy."

"I was present when maintenance tech Russell was responding to a call my mother put in for work on a plumbing issue. I was impressed with the professionalism Russell operated in and I am happy to know my mother is in such a good place that cares about its residents and their family. I am impressed to say the least!"

"Nice little spot tucked away, we were able to get a very good price on a 2bed apartment. Whitney the property manager answered every question we had. Stephanie and Michelle were beyond helpful with over the phone questions. I think there are more office staff but can't remember their names; shout out to them as well. There were a few issues when we moved in but were promptly corrected by the amazing maintenance team. Damian and Russell resolved all our maintenance issues the same day it was reported. To me that's Gold!! We had horrible maintenance at our last apartment complex, our a.c would go out for weeks at a time with no help from the inept staff. We finally found a place we can call home. Whoop whoop.. tell ya friends!"
