"I received a survey after my stay and shared what I am going to write here, but never heard from anyone except for an automated “Your feedback will help us ensure we can avoid issues like this in the future” which feels like an empty promise. On the positive side, the location was convenient and my room was clean. On the negative side, the fire alarm was unplugged and sitting on a table when I entered the room. When I pulled back the bed cover, I noticed cigarette burns in 3 areas (see picture attached). Unacceptable. The next morning, I tried making a cup of coffee in the reception area, but the machine didn't seem to work. When I asked the receptionist for help, she told me I should wait for a regular to stop in so I could ask them how to operate the coffee machine. Motel 6, you have to try a little harder!"
"The person working the front desk was asleep in an adjacent room and took 20 to make enough noise to awake them. Room was horrible! TV was stuck on one channel and would not change. A horrible place to stay!"
"Budget hotel in a good location for our stay. Housekeeping did not enter the room for the entire time we were there - 5 days. No trash pickup or clean towels for 5 days. Management was otherwise accommodating."
"Place is infested with bed bugs!! If you wanna be itching and get told if you don't like it then leave, and called a trouble maker and cussed at when you tell them. Place needs to be shut down and owners held accountable. Crack addicts over dosing daily and junkies everywhere. Not worth the money!!"
