"They take forever to fix anything. The AC was out for 2 months in the middle of Summer before they decided to fix it. The ceiling has water damage. The RATS decided to come out of the wall into our apartment. The RATS would leave droppings under my couch and the refrigerator. Nothing was done about it until we moved out. I'm sure they had a field day in that apartment once we left. The property manager is very rude to her tenants. The only way to get her to care is if you threatened to put the rent into an escrow account. I wish I could give them 0 stars."

"Poorly managed, maintenance is horrible, i have had nothing but problems living here, neighbors harassing and doing things to you and your property. Cheap rent, but conditions are bad inside the apartments."

"Unless you want worn and outdated appliances. Water damaged ceilings and floors. Backed up pipes. Maintenance that only do patch work just for the issue to come back or worse because they do not actually fix the problem. Please, I beg you, please save your money. I have unfortunately been here for two years, and I refuse to deal with this anymore."
