"My son was working as a camp counselor and got an ingrown toenail that was very painful. He twice went to Urgent care to get it cared for but neither doctor, as generalists, could do much about it other than tell him to soak it, which did little. We live overseas currently but were in town for a week. Dr Ari Changizi at Progressive Feet was able to get him in during that week twice. She wanted to let the antibiotics work as long as possible before doing the procedure, so she had us come back on the Friday when we were leaving town. The procedure itself was short (cutting out the infected shard of toenail took 15-20 min from start to finish), and Dr Changizi had a great bedside manner, explaining everything politely without being condescending. The toenail is growing back normally and we were very pleased with the care my son received. The office is in a nice business park area of Springfield and the entire staff was polite. The waiting area could use a little aesthetic updating is all, but the medical care itself was great!"
