"The place has a welcoming environment and staff are great with kids. The only deal breaker is that they would overcharge for every visit. My insurance covers two doctor check ups, X-rays and three cleaning per year. They would charge doctor check up every time my kid was scheduled so of course it would be overcharged and I would have to pay the difference. Although we specifically had a verbal agreement that it was for cleaning only that wouldn't matter because that's their policy. I know most esl and other customers would not look into the details and just pay. Not sure if it is by design or by negligence. The scam would go like this. After the appointment is finished you sign a paper that you have zero payments, insurance covered everything. then months later you have received a letter from the mail to come back to pay the difference. Why can't they not tell you that you owe money the day of the appointment? It is like going to a mechanic shop and mechanic doing whatever or charging whatever without the clients go ahead."

"We love this pediatric dentist. They understand how to manage small children. Teeth cleanings and check-ups are quick, the staff are friendly and engage with the kids, they have TV screens on the ceiling with cartoons, and they give balloons out. My 4 yo son loved it."

"We used this dentist office for 10 years. They cared for our 5 special needs children. Our kids all looked forward to going and seeing doctor Williams and her staff. The staff knew our children personally, including their allergies and also knew how to bill military dental correctly. In 2020 we moved 60 miles south and had to change dentists. We were gone for almost 3 years. We had terrible experiences closer to where we now lived and on a whim we stopped back to this office to see if they would take us back. Jodie, the office manager, has known our family for years and asked about each of our kids by name and gladly welcomed us back. Not only are their prices much better than others we have seen (especially for laughing gas), but they are much quicker and kinder with our children on the work that needs to be done. The kids never feel pain and they always leave with a smile. This office is full of friendly, knowledgeable staff and an amazing doctor who truly cares about your kids health and teeth. We think the 120 mile round trip to be seen here is MORE than worth it for the care we receive!"
