"This was my first time at Fairfax radiology and I was not disappointed. It was greeted with a smile and the office managers were kind and pleasant. The person who performed my mammography was speedy, gentle, and you felt safe with her because you could tell she knew what she was doing. I would highly recommend this location for a mammogram."

"Very pleasant experience. Wait time for appointment wasn't long. The radiology technician explained the procedure throughout the process. Every employee that I encountered was professional and courteous. Online system worked great. I just happened to forget my insurance card but due to the online precheck it wasn't an issue. They were able to see the card that I added to the system. I definitely recommend Fairfax Radiology for your medical needs."

"Very kind staff, I was there with my 2 year old and they were very comforting… the radiologist called ENT to make sure the x ray is fine so she wouldn’t need to call us back and she could get it on first shot on a moving 2 year old. Extremely positive experience. We were seen very fast despite walk in, and there were no 1000 pages of forms to fill out."

"Didn’t have to wait long in the waiting room on the day of my mammogram. A very nice lady, Tracy, performed the procedure and told me every step of the way what to expect. The only complaint I have was that it was very hard to get an appointment by calling. I waited for at least 20 to 30 minutes on the phone or more. Because I called a lab that I had not gone to before and I was told I would have to get past x rays—I didn’t want to go through all of that—the scheduling person, who was very nice on the phone, suggested I go to the lab I gone to before, but that meant another long wait on the phone to schedule a new appointment with the different facility. To save time, I ended up driving to the place, walking in and scheduled the mammogram in person which took less than five minutes. I came in on Friday and they said they could take me on Monday. So to save time, just go to the facility and schedule it in person. I’ll take off one star for the long wait on the phone. They did say they could call you back but it would be too hard to know what time that will be and you may miss the call back. So, easier to schedule in person if you live near your facility. Remember to bring your doctor’s orders to schedule and your insurance card."

"Fairfax Radiology was busy. I was told I had a 60 minute wait which fortunately turned out to be more like 30 minutes. The X-ray tech was extremely nice and knowledgeable. She was very pleasant. I have used this office before since they are a convenient location for me. I recommend them and would use them again."
