"This is a hospital. Never has their been a hospital in the Inova system where service was bad. This particular location grew, and it hard to find done toons, and repeat visits madevtjis no easier. Enter the courteous staff who take time to help bin locating the room, and then the correct parking garage after. Awesomeness added to exceptional service makes hospital an even better place."

"This is the worst experience of my life. I came in because my roommate thought i was suicidal but i was simply taking my dosage of medicine, but the ambulance came and i was rushed to ER anyway, my stay was from 10pm - 4am. As I was leaving I simply requested a taxi ride home charged to my bill. Because I did not have my wallet or ID or money on me. Then the social worker rushes into the room & tells me I have to take the bus. Another nurse tried to give me money ( so very nice of her ) but the social worker refused once again. I didnt have the energy to walk around for the bus. She was laughing as if she held a grudge against me. I took the tokens and stood by the bus stop for about 35mins. With no luck I went inside, called a cab under my fathers credit card, and waited in the lobby. She came all the way down to the lobby to demand the tokens back. (Idk how she found out i was even taking a taxi)but before i could even respond, she overreacted and start yelling at me, which was not helping my anxiety. I put the coins on the table, and walked out the door to wait outside, she didnt follow. I waited for my taxi and went home."
