"First of all every time I call you guys never answer or it goes to voicemail. I always leave a message and I never get a call back. I have to call 10 times in a row to get placed on hold, after holding for about 10 to 15 minutes I speak with an agent about my account and I can never get a resolution or a call back with a solution to my problem this is so unprofessional. Last but not least my premium insurance have gone up tremendously I try cancelling my insurance with you guys but I can never get a hold of an agent.
