"This review is for the Walgreens pharmacy on the corner of Denbigh & Warwick Blvd. A zero is my real choice! I’m fed up with the rude cashiers & pharmacist who’s always on a break when needed. Yesterday was the final straw for me. I went in with a prescription & they refused to honor because supposedly Tylenol 3 with codeine should be electronically transferred. The cashier tried to rudely dismiss me. I had no idea about the policies & asked if she could call the doctor & she refused. After 2 hours of back & forth between me calling my dr & my doctor calling the pharmacist (who finally returned from a break), I was handed a completely different filled prescription without an explanation from the pharmacist. It’s his job to inform customers of med decisions that affect them or explain changes in prescriptions. This is one of the most unprofessional pharmacies I’ve ever frequented. BTW, I overheard one employee poking fun at my prescription, stating “it’s probably a little stronger than Tylenol 1” & laughing. I didn’t ask for these meds, the doctor prescribed them, yet the pharmacist & his employees made me feel like I was an addict trying to trick the store out of their precious meds. I chose to refund the changed prescription & leave. I never received an explanation of why my prescription was changed. Please clean up your pharmacy & demand that they treat customers better; above all with compassion, understanding & assistance in issues out of their control. I was in horrible pain the entire time & made it known to a deaf & uncaring staff whose business is supposed to be in the customer’s best interest. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only customer treated badly this day. Better yet, shut this store down!"

"They told me my prescriptions were somewhere totally different and the absolutely were no then kept me on hold refused to answer the pharmacy phone for well over 40 minutes"

"Had appointment at 235 Mercury location for rapid covid test. They closed without notifying. Called into customer service, they said that, using the same appointment code, I could do walk-in at this location. Drive 25 minutes over here to be turned away at the window, despite 0 other people here."
