"I would never recommend this clinic. They are cruel, They charge $1 for a MASK, and the staff's behavior is as if it is their own clinic or their father's clinic. If they require a mandatory mask, why don't they provide it? Free When I said I didn't want to pay for the mask, they told me to cancel my appointment. They said We don't care. And I did the same appointment cancelled and changing the provider I wish the MCO and government authorities would take legal action against them. They are conducting their business in an unethical manner. Kaiser Permanente is one of the best facilities in Virginia."

"If I can give her a 0 star I will, nurses are nice but the doctor is so rude every time I was there, last time I came to this place the COVID started and I understood on that moment that was scary but they call me to come in and my daughter was crying (scary) she was like 8 or 10 months and I was trying to calm her down by talking to her and when that doctor came to me she was like did you see this post, and I was like NO, because was on the door and I didn’t pay to much attention at what was it say, and was something like limit to talk at least you have to, and she was like since you enter in here you haven’t shut, and I was like OK, I haven’t seen it because I was paying more attention to my baby and I think if you are a pediatrician you have to be more patient and understandable with also the parents, because we want it them to feel confident with their doctors….. but anyway I won’t recommend this lady to no one!!!!!!!"
